COUNSELLING EXPERIENCE & PHILOSOPHY
Research shows that the relationship and connection between client and therapist is the greatest predictor of results. Therefore, I offer a free 30 minute initial consultation to clients to experience for themselves what counselling offers and to get to know me. I am confident that you will feel that you are working with a counsellor who hears what you are saying and understands how to support you and be with you as we collaboratively co-create your change. My hope in serving you is to offer you skill, experience, wisdom and a real connection.
- Over 26 years experience in Marriage Counselling, Family Counselling, Grief Counselling, Parenting Support, Individual Counselling, children and teens.

- Art, Play and Sandplay Therapy courses from Justice Institute of BC.
- Gottman Marriage Therapy training (Level 1 & 2).
- Crime Victim Assistance Program counsellor.
